The things to know
Vouchers are valid 18 months from purchased date and cannot be used once expired. Extensions will not be granted past the expiry date.
No cash equivalent will be given for vouchers part or unredeemed
During the year we operate minimum stay restrictions and these cannot be reduced to accommodate voucher redemption. We will provide alternative dates if available.
