Covid-19
The safety of our guests, neighbours, community and future visitors is at the forefront of our thinking and we do hope you are all keeping well and safe. With over 45 years hospitality experience, we have always had a commitment to rigorous cleaning procedures which is evident from our excellent cleanliness scores on our guest reviews. This remains a high priority and focus area, however, we continue to take extra cleaning precautions. We know that many of you are desiring some time away but will be anxious about travelling. Set out below are some further reassurances for you. Please feel free to contact us should you wish to discuss anything further.
SELF CHECK-IN
Self check in is available which will involve using a secure key box. We are happy to greet you observing social distancing but will be guided by your preference. We have very detailed guest information folders and should you require anything during your stay, this can be dropped off outside your door. Designated parking is provided.
CHANGES TO CLEANING
We will thoroughly air all guest accommodation with plenty of Cornish countryside fresh air. We will use gloves and face coverings when cleaning and continue to use designated cleaning cloths with sanitizer and we will not use the same cleaning materials or cloths across our accommodation. We would ask on the day of your departure you leave the key inside with a couple of windows open and please ensure departure is by 10.00am so we can spend the time we need for our next arriving guests.
OUTDOOR SPACE
We have plenty of space for you to roam around. The Wriggly Tin is set in its own orchard with two seating areas and of course the hot tub. The Hideaway has its own seating area which is a lovely suntrap and of course we have more grounds for you to explore should you wish to do so.
CONTINGENCY PLANS
If you fall ill before arrival, test positive for Covid-19, are contacted by track and trace or show symptoms please do not travel. If you fall ill whilst staying with us please inform us straight away.

In 2020 we were recognised by Visit England as a business that has followed government and industry Covid-19 guidelines ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing.
