Do you allow children or babies?
We are for grownups only, aged 18 or over. No children or infants are permitted to stay.

 

Do you allow dogs?
We do not accept any dogs, cats or any pets

 

Are you open all year round?
Tregoose Old Mill remains open all year-round including Christmas and New Year.

 

Is Tregoose Old Mill a good place for celebrating?
We have had so many milestone birthdays, Minimoons, Honeymoons and Babymoons, plenty of proposals, anniversary and birthday stays. Need anything to help with that special occasion? Email us hello@tregooseoldmill.com 

 

What time is check-in?
Check-in time is from 4pm, except Topsy Turvy which is 5pm.

What time is checkout?
Check out time is by 10.00am, except  Topsy Turvy is by 11.00am.

 

Do you have Wifi?
We have Starlink wifi across all the cottages which provides reliable super-fast connectivity.

Do you have any EV Charing?
We do not have EV charging on site. The nearest charging points are 13 minutes’ drive from us at Fraddon.

What is the benefit of booking directly?
If you subscribe to our newsletter on our website you will receive discount codes for a reduction in your rate. You will also pay no cleaning free and direct bookings are prioritised with early check in requests.

Are you near the Boardmasters festival?
Yes, every year parents stay with us whilst their children attend the event. Due to our valley location, we are far enough away to avoid the chaos and noise.
 
Is parking free and available?
All cottages have free designated parking for one vehicle. Please advise us if you’re arriving in two cars.

Can you get taxis?
Please go to our dining page and you will see our local taxi provider. It is advisable for you to book in advance.

Are the saunas and hot tubs private?
All of our saunas and hot tubs are private and only for the cottage you have reserved. There is no sharing. We also provide bath robes and spa towels.

What are the nearest beaches?
Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth, Crantock and Fistral Beach.

Are there any good restaurants close to you?

What is Cameron Lodge and Minibar
Cameron Lodge is our Scandinavian BBQ lodge. Guests staying over 5 nights who book direct have access to for 2 people for one evening included. Cameron Lodge can also be hired for private use. It’s a memorable experience and our guests love it.
